It is hard to tell for sure. I do know all of the pools are full of sand, and from the air, this looks as if it might be it..

Owners were allowed on the beach today, but they had to go in by bus and walk to their property. There is nothing I can accomplish by doing that, so I'm waiting for the streets to be cleared so I can at least drive in. The contractors will all be busy helping rebuild the homes that were a total loss, so I know I'd be at the bottom of the list.
