Abu Graib: Why not punish those REALLY responsible, the geniuses at the top? The Rummy/Cheney/Halliburton cronies? Why does Bush go after Lydie England but ignore those who set the standard? Not a single guilty member of the Bushies has ever paid the price of being fired. Meanwhile, Bush has fired everyone who has told the truth. The truth gets you in big trouble with Bush-cheney in charge. Lying and cheating like Ed Gillespie did at Enron gives you a big promotion.
