All the CBS fuss? BUSH=DESERTER. It's too bad, CBS should have just done a straight show about all the documents and witnesses who support the BUSH=DESERTER fact.

She did not type actual documents reflecting this information. She said the information in the forged documents was reflective of her boss's views on bush. She said nothing about typing such documents. Most bosses blow off to their secretaries about things that are stressful on the job. If you were in charge of the presidents kid, I'm sure you would not be 100% complimentary either. Other insightful persons who were close to the officer contradicted her view point. It is quite possible that her memory of his view point was more about him having a bad day than anything else.

In any event the documents correct or not simply stated that the Officer was feeling pressured by having bush in his command. It is and was a non-story to me.

The only story remaining is that someone was compelled to forge documents in an attempt to influence a presidential election. Secondary to that is the suspicion that CBS was complicit in trying to effect the Kerry campaign favorably, while presenting themselves as producing an objective news article. So much so, that they fouled up the CBS program in the process. Thirdly, the question that is on everyone's mind is whether or not criminal activity can be proven.
