I don't know if you've ever used Pricegrabber, but here's a site with 1,100 video cards at the lowest prices you'll find anywhere. In my opinion, this is the best place to go for all computer components. Pricescan.com is another good one. You can easily narrow down the search by manufacturer, etc. I'm sure some of them have dual video outputs:

i have appian and matrox -- both are good
the color graphics heard to be good and rather inexpensive
