What the French, Belgians and Germans really have against Bush is that he is a conservative and they are presiding over a failed liberalism. They think that if they can hurt the conservative movement by their actions (they have gone way beyond inaction).

So multilateralism is the only way to go? What happened after Gulf War 1? The UN left Saddam in power. Guess what, the coalition really didn't complete its job.
