Without NATO, the UN and especially Kerry as president, Iraq is a lost cause. Either it will be Bush's Vietnam or Bush will withdraw, break all his promises and pull the ultimate flip-flop. With the Kerry, NATo and the UN we can divvy up the country and pacify it a la Kosovo. We can also have elections. Without the UN and decent security no elections are possible. Bush has been lying about those elections. They are not happening as of now at all.

KERRY and KOFI may have a plan to suck some money away from those that need it, just as KOFI soaked up the money in the Oil for food scam.
