Do you know what they accused of?

They never ever accused her of insider trading.

They accused her of lying during an FBI interview which she stupidly did without a lawyer present. These people are trained to make you lie. She was convicted in the media with the flimsiest of evidence before a blatantly unfair judge and a jury that admitted they wanted to get her. A very sorry but not unusual example of justice.

She was screwed, but I imagine she will have enough money left and enough of her company will survive to make another go of it.

How about all the less fortunate people that are railroaded?

Martha sold because she heard insiders are selling - by this yardstick ALL WS must go to jail - after all she was not front running like many on WS do mostly so in FX or commodity or overseas. Why was Citibank fined and asked to close offices recently ? Because they are so nice ?
