As an American, I have very limited influence on the UN. Your attempt to raise the UN as an argument is a straw man distraction. I do participate in electing OUR leaders. Bush is the worst President we've EVER had.

Did you watch Bush's speech to the UN? It had to be the coldest response to a US presidents UN speech ever.

The UN is made up of most of the nations of the world. The assembly is representative of the governments of those member nations. It didn't look like GW is looked upon very favorably by those member nations.

I know, he's right and everybody else is wrong.<G>

Compare the Clinton job creation figures, stock market figures and deficit figures with Bush I or Bush II. It's obvious Clinton is much superior to either of them, but especially Dumbya. That's what really matters to Americans, not some phony, spun-up image as a super human uber-leader. Except to neoNazi idiots.

Clinton was a GREAT American President. That he continued to be so, even under a withering unfair partisan attack just adds to his luster. What would he have accomplished if his personal life had been left personal, as with all the rest of our Presidents? Without the term-limit law the Republicans installed after Roosevelt, he'd STILL be President.
