Again I agree, maybe the perfect resources would be Arab Oil money. Detroit and the SE Michigan Arab community could or should try to get Arab investors to buy mass areas of Detroit with the intent of building a true Arab enclave. With the hope again that a trickle down might occur. The crime issue is a cycle which can be broken just like it was in NYC. It takes all types of community and corporate investment to get the ball rolling. Who has the big money in Detroit area Ford and the Pizza czars? It sure seems like a great potential someday?
