"al-Sistani is the only power in Iraq with authority." Al Sistani is an Iranian Shi'ite Imam. He is not Arab and Al-Sadr (A contender for leadership over Shia Iraq) is a racist who has will fight to the death to keep non-Arabs out of power. Al-Zaraqawi is a sunni leader in the north. He is most powerful insurgent of the sunni triangle, has no respect for any Shi'ites and advocates conquering them. The only power in Iraq that represents authority over Iraq as a nation is the current government led by Allawi and supported by 15 of the 18 provinces of Iraq, so far.
