I've given up on debating issues. You and I both know where that leads - nowhere. Bush and his supporters have NOTHING. A friend wrote: it's unfortunate that most of the people blessed with the capacity for liberal thought attempt to play the "debate game" the way it SHOULD be played. Well formed opinion, backed up with pertinent research and a healthy dose of common sense should provide an intriguing discussion huh? Cue the opposition: an irritating right wing parrot squad that categorically DISMISSES the trivial "rules" of debate and invariably answers well presented arguments with gems like ~~~~ gems like "pinhead bush-hater" or other rightwing drivel.
