Demoncrats are equally as effective at developing practical solutions to problems as a bunch of dumb white kids doing a Chinese Fire Drill in a VW Beetle at a traffic light in downtown Watts on Saturday night.

First of all, they can't define a problem; only tax the schmidt out of everyone and throw maoney at it. And, secondly - it's damn tough for them to move very quickly when they're 20 feet down in the Chappaquiddick River...!!!
