I thought Kerry was a Catholic And for many years --- as many as useful --- he presented himself as an Irish Catholic --- a useful thing in MA.When it became useful, he 'discovered' his Jewish descent. I am sure he would discover his Native American roots, should the occasion arise. Perhaps he already has. I too speak French (barely at present) and no doubt could find connections to my rumored family in France. And there is also a 'family castle' in England. When I find it useful, I will proclaim it. Kerry speaks his French because of his foreign boarding school education, not because his family apparently has an estate on the Mediterranean coast. So I too am 'descended from European Royalty' and, being a mutt, probably from all the Royal houses of the planet. BTW, the 'F' in John F. Kerry stands for 'Forest', as in Gump, or at least that seems reasonable.
