Hey, you could use Agnew's old line from the Vietnam era: "Nattering nabobs of negativism" Course, it didn't work very well for him... I've outlined what I believe Kerry must do; convince the Arab League to send in troops, and get the 'American face' off the occupation. Stop drawing lines of demarcation in the sand. Give the UN some of the power. Then, get the reconstruction back on track, possibly with multinational companies instead of the heavy slant to American companies. It is a mess, but remember the first rule of holes: stop digging.
