You seem to think this is a court case. In that regard, you also seem to be confusing the legal standards of proof. That's the beauty of innocence unless PROVEN guilty. Criminal = proof beyond a reasonable doubt Also saying what you can't back up constitutes libel or slander as the case may be. Civil = preponderance of the evidence You're the one who made the statement about See-BS's intent, not me. Do you have a crystal ball? Do you know what was in Mary Mapes's mind? Or Dan Rather's mind? The gauntlet has been thrown. I say it's time for Dan, Mary and the rest of the See-BS clowns to come forward to establish that they were, in fact, duped. Frankly, I'm not willing to trust Dan "This is the way it is because I told you" Rather as far as I can throw him.
