Don't have a current version of Word? All one has to do to convince one's self, is to type a copy of the documents in Word. You don't have to choose a font, or a size, or margins, just type - everything matches up. What would be the odds - probably 1.0 (100%)

re:"I looked at the documents. They looked real to me. And they verified the signatures and they had some experts that said they looked real."

I looked at the documents. They looked real to me.

Are you an experienced investigative journalist? No one would expect you to give a second's thought to their veracity, especially given your desire to believe them to be genuine. That's 60-Minutes' job and they claim to be expert at it.

And they verified the signatures

Do you think it's possible to verify a signature as genuine working from a fax of a copy of a document? That's what SeeBS was working from.

and they had some experts that said they looked real.

Actually, they had three people (two document experts and the guy who stupidly vouched for the fax of a copy of a signature) look at it and NONE of them said "they looked real." Two expressed serious doubts and the signature guy gave no opinion. They have all said as much, as you know.

Did they deliberately do this? I don't believe it, and you can't prove it.

They are culpable, as I already explained to you.

I think that Kerry will be going for it on the issues from here on out.

That would be a refreshing change. How many positions will he take on each?

Let's see what Dick Thornburgh comes up with.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Wonder if some at See-BS will refuse to answer his questions on advice of their personal counsel?
