PPG is a competitor in my industry and let me say that those increases are HUGE. This is a rather stagnant market and we have been waiting for one of the bigger players (Dupont, Sherwin Williams, Valspar, PPG, etc)to start the 'ball rolling' so to speak. This will cause that to get started. I think every company has a 'line in the sand'. You can swallow some costs increases but at some point you have to pass it on.
