OPTV 3.39 x .40 exposure growing. Looks like it is on its way to much higher levels. The MSFT of its field OpenTV (OPTV: news, chart, profile) said it has extended a license agreement deal with Austar United Communications for an additional five years to supply interactive television applications and products.
