No, I'd expect that to be the case for now. I mostly want to make sure people who should be 10 or higher aren't showing as 2 or 0. For now, anyone with a premium account here, whether grandfathered, paid-lifetime, or even recurring ones like quarterly, semi-annual, and annual, are being shown as userlevel 10 on the new site. After the final data is migrated, old servers shut down, and we're running at least semi-stable on the new setup, I'll get the userlevels set correctly. It can be done programmatically, fortunately.
