British STILL stand behind their assertion that Sadddam WAS trying to procure it. And just like any other assertion...it remains an assertion until it is proven fact. The "smoking gun" can never become "a mushroom cloud" without the procurement, refinement, processing, reactions and finally the assembly into a bomb. This administration would try to scare the people of the US and the world with their speeches and decries...to what end? This while we know that NK has developed the capacity and Iran is also well on their way...and Pakistan. In all likelihood the "smoking gun" is not going to have a made in Iraq sticker. This administration knew that...and they knew it damn well. That's why they called for the removal of the inspectors. Orca
