I think what Raymond was implying was that the CSS didn't load with the page. I've encountred that too, but don't have time to try and replicate it.

That's curious. I'm using Windows XP and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.02. Are you doing the same?

And what exactly do you mean by "clicking through"? Are you physically clicking the address box after it loads the front page instead of the actual article?
