Kerry was a very tough prosecutor who put away a big chunk of the irish mafia in Boston. Howie Winter was a multiple murderer and big time racketeer terrorizing south Boston. Kerry put him away. He also put down the BCCI bank, a terrorist bank including 3 million of Osama's money, and was trying to help the DE wipe out the Medillin Cartel until Ollie North's Contras interceded and blew the case. Then Kerry helped bring down the Iran-Contra crooks selling arms to Iran.
