Under Bush Al Qaida has gotten stronger, and Osama COULD run and hide. In fact the Iraq war itself (the way Bush did it) created more terrorist recruits than anything else. See, it's not just doing it, it's how you do it. Sort of like sex. If you want to F the terrorists, do it right, dont let them multiply and give them more and more recruiting ammo.
