Smearvets are dishonest frauds or extreme rightwing zealots. They are not normal vets at all. they are a far right fringe. Keep in mind it's easy to find extreme rightwing vets fiercely supporting Bush and willing to lie, twist and distort anything. That is exactly what Bush has used against McCain, Cleland and Kerry, all three smeared by similar characters like Ted Sampley who coinsiders all three plus John Glenn as "traitors". Why? Because they cost Sampley's con game money. He was busy bilking the widows of MIA's out of money by promising them info on their missing loved ones.
