You have to go to the subject itself (rather than a message within it) to do so. I'm really trying to avoid interface clutter, but I think maybe I could add a "Bookmark" link right after the board name when reading messages and it wouldn't muck up the interface too much.

I hated the complexity of the Heritage interface and am trying to keep this one really clean and simple like Classic.
