I will be trying yet again to contact MailCentro tomorrow to find out two things:

1. Why they didn't notify anybody.

2. Why they never acknowledged our faxes, phone calls, and emails starting in June stating we were going to drop their service effective the end of August.

I have a temporary solution I'll be able to implement tomorrow to let everyone retrieve their MailCentro (@siliconinvestor.com) emails and get them moved elsewhere, assuming MailCentro didn't choose this moment to finally shut it off.

The link, above, is a copy of the PM everyone was sent in June that said, among other things, that we were dropping email.

Where was the Professional Courtesy?

I never received a courtesy warning of the emails demise.

How can I access my information too?????
