Wrong. All the stories are true. What are you, involved in some extreme rightwing cover up organization to kill the truth about Nam? You deny the Phoenix Program existed? You are pathetic to post such a thing. I used to date the daughter of a Nam era Green Beret commander. The guy did black ops stuff that went beyond anything in that book. All true. Real Apocalypse Now stuff running tribes of Montagnards, headhunting, taking ears, cutting off heads, all because of the Buddhist religious taboo thing and the credo of killed or be killed, jungle mentality. it got very pirmitive. This Green Beret was rightfully proud of what he did. It actually worked. They were winning until Johnson turned Nam into a big shopping mall. They secured a lot of Laos with very few men, and he knocked up a Laotian girl giving birth to the girl I used to date. I have been over there and researched. I know it's even worse than Kerry described in some parts of that war. People eat cobra snakes over there. Cutting off heads is not that big a deal in war time. When your life is in danger every minute you kill first and ask questions later. Exactly what Kerry and his types had to do. Which was one big atrocity. And add in Agent Orange, carpeting bombing and Napalm -- The real crime in Nam was that our White House and DOD never told the truth to the people or the soldiers.
