Knew it was just a matter of time before this one got asked.

No, we will not be refunding or partially refunding any lifetime memberships.

SI's policy, even before we acquired it last year, has always been no refunds after 30 days.

I should point out that if anyone subscribed to the site to get charts, portfolios, or email, and are upset that those features are no longer available (well, we have different charts now), those features were available for free.

Subscribing to SI, prior to the new change in format and business model, only bought posting privileges and the "Next 10" feature, both of which remain.

The Ignore function will be returning.

I need to point something else out here, too, since the wording of your message hints at a common theme I'm seeing that perhaps a lot of people don't know.

The version of the site we are now using is a complete rewrite from scratch. And it is still under development, but we decided it's already better than the old site, and a change was way overdue, so we implemented it.

If a feature doesn't exist right now that existed on the old version, it's not that it was "removed". It's that it hasn't been written yet, and in the case of things like email, portfolios, and the old charts system, never will be.

I haven't done a count, but aside from the things that I announced (in a PM that was sent to EVERY member of the site 3 months ago) would not ever be part of the new SI, I suspect if you added up the features this version has that the other didn't, then subtract the number of features the other version had that this one doesn't yet, it's probably a positive number. And will get larger practically daily.

Edit: I'm surprised nobody's commented on one that I added a few hours ago. Or maybe they have and I haven't gotten that far through the thread yet.
