Kerry wont say mission accomplished and lie like Bush until he actually accomplishes a mission. Kerry knows something about military missions. Bush doesn't. Why did Bush say he'd lie to the American People again like he did in that aircraft carrier phony photo op, even claiming he flew the plane which was total rubbish. Bush hasn't flown a plane since 1976.
