Yes and no, simultaneously. The software-based solution indicates its own imminent re-implementation, for the data is willing but the infleshstructure may be weak. The "simple solution" of your original query, however, is the singular option currenly available, as were the wind of will to erase ripples cast by thrown stone upon the water.
