North Korea and Iran are Bush's fault, that "Axis Of Evil" speech and two years of avoiding talks rattled their cages and made both governmments paranoid so they wanted the bomb. Also Bush's botched invasion of Iraq has made Iran look like the savior. If fair elections are held now, an Islamic fundamentalist Shiite friendly to Iran would win.

Why did Bush ignore North Korea and Iran except for making an incendiary "Axis Of Evil" speech which just made them more paranoid and dangerous? Does Bush WANT war?
