Interesting though that one of them marks the other as spyware program prompting the user to remove the competitor.
I personally caught spyware a few times when I installed "free" software. After that I learned that carrying spyware was a way for them to make a little $$. Since then, before I install some freeware, I first search the Internet for references if somebody has complained that this freeware came with "load".
