Dear SI Aadmin Bob:

Thank you for the info. I wondered why the 20's prices showed up. Yes, I now understand about level 30. Making it expire back to 10/11 was one of those things that is the right way to handle it, but I hate to assume common sense (its quite uncommon).

A question that still remains, is there a way to go from 11(10) to 12? It does make some sense, if 12 is going to be better than 11(10). I'll have to think on 30 over 11. Perhaps in the future, it will be worth it. Very hard to pay for a vague something in the future (not your fault as you are dealing with teething problems). Perhaps a better list of features that will be implemented. I know that guarantees are hard to back up especially with stuff that may look at first, easy and then prove very difficult and/or costly to do (feature creep (marketing WIBNIs) and bloat (the system is doing 10 times the things it was designed for, of course it is slow) that is so hard to stop as a designer/programmer/maintainer).

Still, good job.

Pete
