US Military est foreigners at way under 10%. That's the best they can do as they have at various times thought all kinds of confusing things. Troops on the ground admit that they don't know WHO they're fighting as even the vaunted (LOL) Iraqi Security Forces are full of people who just WANT A JOB and won't fight for the US against their own people.
