Every country that has not sent actual fighting troops or contributed significant money to Iraq was dissed by shrub and his administration. They didn't contribute because shrub, being the moron he is, treated them poorly in a diplomatic sense...ie dissed them. The entire world was on our side after 9/11. If shrub had not been such a moron and dissed practically the entire world...they would have backed shrub up. No links needed to prove it...it's common knowledge.
