Apparently you do not understand the meaning of the phrase no "collaborative relationship" between Iraq and al Qaeda. That means they were not allies, in the sense that America, Britain and Russia were "allies" in WWII.

If you want to argue that "ally" means some sort of casual contact, that is absurd. Don't insult me. I am correct. You are wrong.

Bush lied when he said "We've removed an ally of al Qaeda." It is that simple.
