It is not a given North Koreans can deliver a missile over a long distance. That distance may include the southern parts of Korea. Deploring US troops further away coupled with Ronald Reagans ABM system creates another level of ambiguity for the nutcase of North Korea. If North Korea does attempts to or does deliver a nuke, North Korea is doomed. Do they desire suicide? that's the question. PRESIDENT GEORGE W.
