I wouldn't try to argue one way or the other about the plant. But the after action reports did mention that the strike may have been not needed. As often has been argued, many facilities can be converted for weapons manufacture, even a brewery could be considered a dual use facility. The question is, was the strike effective? In my estimation it was not. As for the war on terror, The Bush administration has the focus so far misdirected from the center of the target that we have been ineffective against bin Laden and Al Qaeda. This is a tragic mistake. Orca
