In Japan and Germany the people weren't religious fanatics willing to die to throw off the crusading infidels. That's NOT the case in Iraq.

When you beat an economy down hard enough with lousy economic policies you create a situation that brings about historically low interest rates. When you have historically low interest rates you are going to have MORE home buyers and refinancers of existing homes. WHAT do you think will happen when interest rates start rising?

Yeah, you don't have to have health insurance to get medical care. You just have to accept a perpetual existence of debt and poverty. Sounds great.
