There were no terrorists in Iraq, at least no more than some place like Congo and less than a place like Germany. Cheney and the Neocons convinced the boy leader that a war in Iraq would have something to do with terrorism, but it instead had everything to do with oil. There were some other agendas thrown in like a Ron Popeil infomercial (But wait there's more, not only do you get the second largest oil reserves but we throw in at no additional charge peace and security for Israel and a lifetime supply of contracts for Halliburton) but Cheney wanted the oil.
