Bush cannot bring in international help because as you saw last week at the UN, they don't like him, wont help him and don't trust him, and for good reason. Bush's rightwing has continually attacked the UN, demonized them, lied about them and treied to eliminate them. Kerry knows how to win the war but it wont be easy because Bush has created such a damn mess. "Bring it on!" was one of the stupidest things eve said by a presdient. Right up there with "The Axis of Evil" speech which made Iran and North Korea more paranoid and dangerous.
