Fortunately, I've got fewer zeros behind the dollar sign weighing on my shoulders. Actually, the date was something I ended up insisting on. The list of Pre-GoLive features kept growing and I finally circled a date on the calendar and basically said "Enough. It's been 16 months. It goes live on this date regardless." Also, development of a new system is not my forte. But adding lots of cool stuff to an existing one? My favorite thing and you won't see many people able to crank it out as quickly as I do. Just wait and see. With me, the primary programmer, getting completely burned out, we needed to make this a done deal so I can shift into the programming mode I'm actually good at and enjoy.
