I don't know about the Ace Utilities people but I have purchased and downloaded software (Total Recorder) and they told me that I could install it on multiple pc's.

If you have a CD writer..you can download it to your CD writer and burn it to a CD and then install it on more than one pc...whether their registration code will enable it on more than one pc I don't know.

I'd email them and ask.

I got an email answer from Ace Utilities (Acelogix)..

"Since they are home PCs, you need to buy only one copy."

They also said they will sell and ship a CD copy for an additional $12. They recommended downloading and burning it to a CD.
