Today Bill Gross makes the same recommendation in his newsletter:
Selling the 10 year in favor of TIPS has got to be the best move in the current environment of additional FED tightening and understated governmental reporting of inflation.

That is not to say that the additional tightening will not cause significant collateral damage to the economy and eventually result in a change in policy.

Or would you really go short the 10 year at current 3.96?
