I have seen this type comment before but have yet to read a specific where an American has been denied their rights as a consequence of the Patriot Act. The only claims that I have personally read are the claims (by the ACLU) that the FBI will track you if you use the library computers or check out certain literature. I must be missing something. I would want the FBI to pay attention to those that use our libraries for nefarious purposes. It appears from your post that you would disagree with that view.
