Kerry, competent negotiator, will SHARE POWER AND ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL BENEFITS with those who contribute. That's only sensible and rational. Bush is neither sensible or rational.

Look at Bush's latest SFB's speech at the UN. He's failed horrifically in Afghanistan and Iraq and yet HE DEMANDS other countries help in his UNILATERAL WAR. Who the heck is going to answer to that?

It's a negotiation which Bush is incapable of doing. I suspect Kerry might send Clinton if he's well enough to negotiate reasonable agreements. At this point, EVEN BRITAIN is reducing troop numbers.
