It was enlightening to read your comment regards Canadians in the media yesterday that as Americans, "we are smarter than you, we are tougher than you and we can kick your inbred ass". I felt a great weight lifted from my shoulders. "At last someone understands me", I thought with relief. I have long felt that inbreeding was far less effective than outbreeding and that therefore an alarming number of Americans are related to and have the same genetic disorders as Dubbya, Bubba. Sorry about the Dubby/Bubba thing but then you might figure it a compliment, eh? Now with respect to ass kicking. Was that spiritual ass kicking, emotional ass kicking, entellectual ass kicking or, plain old down on the home-folks laying on of a good old fashioned loin pleasuring, crib crawling, meat smacking physical kind of a beating? Sorta like an oversized, overhand, meathead fist to the side of the inbred's jaw and then good kinda field goal kick to the the head (by you or, if you are a sharing kind of a person, one of your Bubbies....sorry, buddies) Sorta like a Buford Pusser kinda thing on those people who think different you know? "Well, God forgive them. They gotta be taught what's right. They don't think the same as us folk. God (who incidentally it is rumoured recently was born/became American somehow) forgive them but it matters not, we'll deal with this in the proper way." Or did you have in mind that kick ass meant just kind of coming up into the chilly North and reducing Canada's 29 million mass of ignorants into a snot snivelling, whimpering, grovelling, forgiveness begging nation of ingrates, pleading for forgiveness and pleading for you to show us the way? Well Bub....sorry I mean Bud, why don't you consider coming on up here? I will show you things like: Our politicians try to be just as corrupt as yours are, only they aren't as efficient. We too have racism and ignorance but we don't yet have the masses to compress hundreds of thousands of hapless people into inner city black holes. We too have greed and arrogance but we haven't yet reached the point where the cancers of our business and politics need other nations and cultures to feed on. Are you still with me Bub or am I typing too fast for you? You know, I can't in my heart of hearts believe that anyone in that great nation of yours could make such a profound statement as did you. (Yeah, well maybe I do). I believe it must have been a journalist under pressure to produce something. Surely no one, who believes in the humanity and spirituality of mankind would want to go to his grave as the author of, "we're smarter than you, we're tougher than you and we'll kick you inbred ass". If you are having someone read this to you, (and I suppose you are) could you please ask them to tell you that, "we consider you to be a special person". Harold
