Ann, I have a good friend who is a Lieutenant in the Texas Highway Patrol. It is part of his job to train his troopers to watch these Mexican trucks. You cannot imagine HOW MANY trucks cross from Mexico to Texas on any given day. Just as in the USA, there are huge trucking companies in Mexico too. The USA will get to inspect THOSE trucks and either pass them for service in USA or fail them. They will not be the main problem. What will be the problem is the smaller Mexican Companies and individual truckers...Many will slip through the system and will be on our roads..He is very concerned about it.
