In terms of ease of use, the inbox tag should have a higher priority IMO. It takes a lot of clicks to figure out where to read right now. If I have three responses going, I have to click on each one & backclick each one, go to subjectmarks & read the threads. as for speeling, if I am just chatting, typos are annoying but do not detract from the message. If I an writing something long and organized, I typically start in the edit window and move to Word as it gets complicated and then copy it back to the edit window.
