Thank you, Dave. I have read you over the years here, and really appreciate your thoughts. I'm not sure I would either like/dislike that person, but it was a bit intense being there. But, yes, that is part of what poetry is about. I mentioned to Poet not long ago that I hadn't been writing, but I'd gotten stuck in my own story which had grown rather boring to me. :) Same ol' same, sometimes. I wasn't connecting outside of myself. It's a bit of a rough world I live in, so if I reach out to touch and experience the emotions/life of those around me, it can overwhelm. And there I ramble. :)
